Hi Good to have you here. Welcome to our new little venture, a place to share updates on all things Cohen and Kleo. About every three months, sort of seasonally. We're a bit late on our plans for releasing this at the end of March, and quite late for some of you that have signed up over the last few years but here we are.
The start of the year has passed by and as the days grow colder and the nights longer we're thinking about whats coming up next for our stories and adventures. Focusing on making things happen has been good but its still challenging and there's always something new to figure out.
In this issue we'll share some thoughts from Cohen and Kleo, we bring some updates on the book, life, and the future. So settle in and join us for a catch up.
From the Human Half
Coming back home is a funny thing. I told myself that the focus needed to be on setting things up so I can focus on the Book and growing what's next, but it's kind of scary to think about what's next and to make it happen.
I've been sharing our story a lot recently with new people I've met and each conversation brings a new light and perspective, and in some case new ideas of the way forward. I've also been taking some time to develop personal relationships with new people and trying to remind myself to redevelop ones with old friends. Travelling away for a few years, it's hard to keep connections alive so I need to work on that.
Kleo's Corner
While Cohen and the other humans have been fussing about their days I've been enjoying a life of luxurious relaxation. Mind you perching on a window sill and keeping an eye on the world is by no means easy work.
It's nice to be busy i'm sure but make sure you look up every now and then, might see a pretty bird flying around, or a neat cloud.

The Book Nook
Kleo the Kererū meets Cohen the Kiwi has been on sale for almost 6 months now (crazy). If you haven't got your copy check it out on Amazon or if your in New Zealand grab a signed copy from our website.
Along with the Paperback there is an ebook available. And in exciting news we are working on bringing the book to life as an audio book. Keep your ears up for that, we'll share updates here and on our socials.
From the Blog
The start of this year saw a major redesign of the website. New colours, a fresh layout, and soon enough some new posts.
No recent posts to share but we've been keeping regular weekly updates on our socials, so we'd love to see you there. Follow the links at the bottom of the newsletter.
On the Horizon
No big adventures lined up right now but we're excited to get out and re-explore more of the Wellington region. Kleo is keen on a trip to Zealandia so look out for those posts.
While we'd like to get some more international destinations under our belt it's not in the cards right now so we're keeping our view closer to home. An island getaway anyone?

Some recent highlights is a little feedback we've been getting on the book from some little readers (that we don't know). It been exciting to hear that the book is being enjoyed and these kids are looking out for thier own adventures to have.
